Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Standard UK Delivery - £3.50
Standard delivery within the UK costs £3.50 irrespective of the size and weight of the parcel and should arrive within 2 – 3 working days. The exception to this is for pet bedding which costs £5.50 for delivery.
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or another carrier and may require a signature on delivery.
Returns
To return any item simply complete the Returns Form supplied with your delivery and enclose it with the returned goods.
Goods must be returned unused, unwashed and with the original tags in place within 12 days of receipt. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered in which case we will refund the cost of UK standard postage).
